GlamOnDemand (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) by Sketch 22 operates as a connection platform between clients seeking beauty services and independent service providers (stylists, barbers, makeup artists). We are strictly a platform facilitating connections and are not responsible for the quality, outcomes, or conduct of any services performed.
We collect: name, email, phone number, profile photos, location data, payment information, business license details, photo identification, service history, communications between users, mileage and receipt data, and device/usage information.
We use Google Geo-fencing technology to verify that connected clients and stylists meet at agreed locations. When a stylist accepts a job, their location is automatically pinned. If location data indicates a stylist met a client outside of the platform, their account may be flagged for violation of our non-compete agreement.
All service providers agree that for one year after ceasing use of the Platform, they will not independently solicit or perform services for any client originally connected through our Platform. Violations detected through geo-fencing or reports will result in account suspension and potential legal action.
A one-time $0.99 sign-up fee is required for human verification. Service providers set their own prices. The Platform collects a 5% platform fee on completed services. Payment processing fees (Stripe/Wix) are separate. Unpaid platform fees will restrict account access.
GlamOnDemand is strictly a connection platform. We are NOT responsible for: quality of services, personal injury, property damage, dissatisfaction with results, any unlawful conduct by clients or service providers, disputes between users, or any financial losses. All services are performed by independent contractors, not employees of the Platform.
Service providers must upload: a valid government-issued photo ID and a DBA/business license. Providers without a business license are directed to their local county clerk office for registration before accepting work.
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant third-party processors (Stripe/Wix Payments).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
